Rochdale dominated Altrincham 3-0 in the National League with two goals from Ryan East.
East, who is ranked ninth in the table, scored after just 15 minutes. He buried a low-shot following a good effort by teammate Harvey Gilmour.
Altrincham lost a chance to level the score just after half an hour when Louie Moulden, Rochdale’s goalkeeper, saved Chris Conn Clarke’s penalty.
East’s second goal was hammered into the upper corner by East in the 63rd and Kairo Mitchel scored a rebound in the eighth minute to finish the scoring.
