After the euphoria of Newcastle‘s 4-1 thrashing of Paris Saint-Germain, a Borussia Dortmund 1-0 defeat at home on matchday last washed away. Both teams will meet on Tuesday, in the first of two early kickoffs. The Magpies hope their injury list won’t affect their recent form.
Shakhtar Donetsk came close to stopping Barcelona last time they played. Despite the 2-1 win for Barcelona, Xavi and his team will be hoping to get a better result this time around.
Celtic needs to win their first match quickly in order to qualify for European football as early as next year. But they face a daunting task away at Atletico Madrid.

Young Boys had to be shaking in their boots as they watched Manchester City thrash Bournemouth over the weekend. The Swiss team played well in their first encounter with the English side, but were only defeated by Erling Haaland’s double at the second half. The fitness of the Norwegian is in serious doubt.
